Property Size
We target multifamily properties with 8 to 20 units, chosen to balance investment scale and operational focus. Rather than setting unit counts by price, we ensure each asset’s size fits our strategy for risk mitigation and personalized property management.
Hold Period
We purchase multifamily properties with a 5-7 year hold period in mind, with semi-annual distributions that include property cash flow and capital events such as refinancing and sale.
